Supported Devices

$15/mo

– iPhones, iPads, Apple Computers, macOS, and Windows computers. Services for other devices/operating systems are at the discretion of Palafox Computers and may not be supported.

Gold Plan
– Tailored for a single user, it includes support for up to 2 mobile devices and up to 3 computers. Multiple Apple IDs not belonging to the purchaser will not receive support. Other accounts or users will not be assisted. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to clarify any questions regarding services, devices, users, and accounts covered during the refund period. No refunds will be given outside the refund period.

Platinum Plan
$25/mo

– Geared towards 2 users, it covers 2 iPhones, 2 iPads, and up to 6 computers. Apple IDs must belong to the purchaser, and any other users/accounts will not be supported. The purchaser must clarify any questions regarding services, devices, users, and accounts covered during the refund period. No refunds will be issued outside the refund period.

In-store Help and Remote Help
– Appointments may be necessary for remote assistance and in-store help, depending on the issue and availability. Palafox Computers will prioritize the purchaser but cannot guarantee immediate help. Some issues may require in-store service rather than remote assistance.



In-store and remote help do not guarantee results. While Palafox Computers will strive to resolve your issue(s), some issues may be beyond their control and may not be fixable. Please note that the purchaser is paying for Palafox Computers' time and expertise, not a specific result. Services may only be utilized for the purchaser’s personal computers. Friends, family, employees, etc., are not included in the plan. Please note: Services are intended for iPhones, iPads, Apple Computers, macOS, and Windows computers. Remote Help – Palafox Computers utilizes Team Viewer for remote assistance. Remote help requires the purchaser to have TeamViewer installed on their computer and updated to the latest version: https://www.teamviewer.com/en-us/download/ Remote Help is not available for all services, including but not limited to: computer password reset, malware/virus cleanup, computer storage optimization, some printer setups, and other issues not specifically listed here. Refund Period – Refunds will be processed within 30 days for either support plan, provided that no service has been rendered. If any services have been performed, no refunds will be issued. No exceptions will be made.

Technical Support Contract

This Technical Support Contract ("Contract") is entered into on this 5 day of May, 2024> ("Effective Date") between Palafox Computers and Lebeau Clinic.

  1. 1. Scope of Services

    Service Provider agrees to provide technical support services for the following hardware owned by Client:

    • X Computers
    • X Mobile Devices
    • X Users

    The services provided under this Contract include:

    • Remote support for troubleshooting and issue resolution
    • Priority service calls for expedited assistance
    • Reduced rate for out-of-house recoveries
    • Priority work queue for quicker issue resolution
  2. 2. Payment and Fees

    Client agrees to pay a monthly fee of X for the services outlined in Section 1. Payment shall be automatically charged to the payment method provided by Client on the same day of each month.

  3. 3. Term

    This Contract shall be valid for a period of one (1) year from the Effective Date, unless terminated earlier in accordance with the terms of this Contract.

  4. 4. Termination

    Either party may terminate this Contract with a written notice of thirty (30) days. In the event of termination, Client shall remain liable for all fees due up to the effective date of termination.

  5. 5. Confidentiality

    Both parties agree to treat any confidential information exchanged during the course of providing and receiving technical support services as confidential and shall not disclose such information to third parties without prior written consent.

  6. 6. Limitation of Liability

    Service Provider's liability under this Contract shall be limited to the total amount paid by Client during the term of this Contract. Service Provider shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the provision of technical support services.

  7. 7. Governing Law

    This Contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of FL, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

  8. 8. Entire Agreement

    This Contract constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have executed this Technical Support Contract as of the Effective Date.
